Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Kooi to, or allow others to:

Prohibited Conduct

  1. Break the law, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
  2. Send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law or provider rules.
  3. Commit fraud or deception, including scams, phishing, or misleading calls.
  4. Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate any person, or call persons who asked not to be contacted.
  5. Run robocalls or automated/AI calls that violate applicable laws, including rules on consent, calling hours, registries, opt-outs and prerecorded/artificial voice.
  6. Circumvent telecom restrictions, carrier filtering, number-reputation controls, or blocks, or rotate numbers to evade them.
  7. Misuse caller identity, including spoofing, false caller ID, or using numbers you are not authorized to use.
  8. Collect or process personal data without authorization, or upload leads or documents you have no right to use, including scraped or purchased data without lawful basis.
  9. Deploy malicious or deceptive AI agents, including agents that deny being AI when asked where law or our rules require disclosure, manipulate vulnerable people, or seek sensitive credentials or payment data by deception.
  10. Impersonate any person, government, financial institution, or organization.
  11. Circumvent Kooi limits, billing, or security controls, or share credentials to evade limits.
  12. Compromise Kooi or third-party infrastructure, including probing, malware, denial of service, or unauthorized access.
  13. Generate unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative or violent content, or content that exploits minors.
  14. Reverse engineer or resell the service except as permitted.

Enforcement

Kooi may investigate suspected violations, review relevant data and logs as needed and permitted by law, remove content, restrict features, throttle or block calling, suspend or terminate accounts, refuse refunds where abuse is found, and report to authorities or providers. We may act without prior notice where necessary to prevent harm or comply with law. Report abuse to [support@kooi.ai].
